To promote self-healthcare assessments, the Division of Health Services will provide "2025 Fall New Students Health Exam Recheck"

and "Staff, Faculty, Student, and Family Dependants Health Exam ",

and we sincerely hope that you could be aware of your health condition,

The event information is listed below:

• Time: From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Tuesday, December 16^th, 2025
• Location:  Feng-Yun Building 3rd floor, International Students Activity Center.
• Hospital: Yeezen General Hospital
• Event information: Please refer to the attached file.
• Event description:

1. The 2024 Fall New Students Health Exam Recheck: Please bring your health examination report
   from the Yeezen General Hospital to do the recheck.
   (1) Please refer to the attachment of “Event information”, and note that some tests require you to fast for 6-8 hours.
   (2) If you don’t meet the criteria for a free health examination, you can do the examination at your own expense.
   (3) You can download and print out your report in the Health Care System (accessible only when using campus domain)
   (4) Procedure for downloading Health Examination Report:
         Academic Information Systems -> Health Care -> Personal Health Management -> Menu->PHYSICAL EXAMINATION DATA
         -->Choose the Latest Report You Need -->Download Files.
2. Staff, Faculty, Students and Family Dependants Health Exam:
   (1) Please refer to the attachment of “Event information”, and note that some tests require you to fast for 6-8 hours.
   (2) If you do the examination at your own expense, please make your payment on-site at the event registration desk.
