On-campus Service by Occupational Medicine Specialist
Due to human resource allocations and clinical service frequency change of doctors devoting in labor health service, occupational medicine specialist would provide on-campus service according to the number of staff and faculty members. Starting from 2019, the occupational medicine on-campus service would be provided twice a month, 3 hours per service, namely six hours in total per month. At the same time, the relevant budget has been increased.
We have employed a team of distinguished occupational medicine specialists. They not only would provide the on-campus service but also assist the staff and faculty members with post examination health management and consultations, occupational hazard and prevention, and occupational adaptation consultation. Moreover, the “Master of Occupation, Providing Recommendation” was campaigned in 2018. All school units can invite the occupational medicine specialist to give health lectures. Through the interaction with the specialist, the Division of Health Service aims to achieve comprehensive health literacy and preventive health care.
To prevent occupational injuries and diseases and create a healthy workplace, “Occupational Health Consultation Service” is provided for the NTHU employees.

  1. Starting from September 2019, the occupational medicine on-campus service has been provided for all NTHU employees. The service hour has a total of six hours per month, of which 3 hours could be offered to NTHU employees by online reservation. The maximum time per person per session would be 20 minutes, namely 9 sessions per month for online reservation.
  2. Occupational Health Consultation reservation path: please e-mail to clinic@my.nthu.edu.tw. Subject: Occupational Health Consultation Reservation. The Division of Health Service would then contact you for the arrangement of the consultation.
  3. Please remember the date and time of your appointment and arrive at the Division of Health Service on time. If you cannot make it to the appointment, you should cancel it in advance to avoid affecting the rights and interests of others. 
  4. NTHU’s contract with the occupational medicine specialist ends in December, 2023. Occupational Health Consultation Service would be conducted based on the content of the annual contract.
