Students without NHI card (international students): cannot do Video Consultation for COVID-19 diagnosis. Go to hospital emergency room for doctor’s evaluation at their own expense.

1. Tested positive on rapid test: go to hospital emergency room for doctor’s evaluation at their own expense (cannot take public transportation)

• Bring positive rapid test kit, identification (passport, ARC, Travel Permit for Mainlanders to Enter and Exit Taiwan), and cash
• Go to designated hospitals for doctor’s evaluation.

2. Return home: pickup by family members or call Hsinchu home care center for Quarantine Taxi to return home at their own expense.
3. Cannot return home: reserve for Government Quarantine Facility (self-paid)

• Call Hsinchu home care center 03-5320900 to reserve Government Quarantine Facility.
• Stay at Government Quarantine Facility at their own expense.
• Take Quarantine Taxi to Government Quarantine Facility at their own expense.
